About Damia & Hotel: Damia has twenty years of experience in the tourist industry. Ten years with Sidari Travel and another ten years running the famous "Damia's Yard Taverna" in Canal d'Amour area. Recently with her family has build a modern well designed hotel with the flair & dedication that only experience can bring. A warm family atmosphere is guaranteed to make a truly memorable holiday for all ages. Locations - places to visit near the Hotel: Outside of Sidari but only a gentle 15 min walk, will bring you to the sandy beach of Canal d' Amour with the famous coves. The stricking rock formations had a particulary unusual appearance forming a number of tiny coves with sea channels. Further along the main beach of Sidari with water sports# boats hire, shops, Restaurants, bars & taxi services. A twently minutes walk in the opposite direction is the village of Peroulades. Many building dating back to the 18th Century. Winding through the village you can visit Cape Drastis althought not for the faint hearted but well worth the walk as the views from the top is breath taking. Continuing to the end of the village brings you to sunset beach (Logas Beach) with steps building down to a natural sandy beach and gentle azwe waters. Many areas of the island of Corfu can be visited by car, taxi or booked ecursions arranges nearby the Damia Hotel or Sidari. |
